About the Role

The role will require you to plan AND deliver. Your first task will be to establish an overriding marketing strategy. Your second task will be to implement it.

Reporting to the Managing Director, key responsibilities include:

- Develop annual marketing strategy, implementing all subsequent campaigns and activity
- Manage key digital channels, overseeing PPC spend, social content and website updates
- Develop content strategy and ensure the production of regular communications/PR
- Support with the delivery of client projects, providing research and strategic advice
- Copywriting of all client-facing comms, including direct mail, email and sales collateral
- Manage CRM and email marketing activity
- Manage attendance at conferences/events, including speaker   opportunities where possible
- Build relationships with existing clients and support with business development activity
- Organise in-house seminars for clients/prospects and manage all follow-up activity
- Brief and manage any third-party agencies/suppliers
- Creative input into campaigns and supporting marketing materials
- Provide senior team with regular analysis, research and monthly marketing reports

About You

The right candidate will possess many of the following skills and qualifications:

Minimum five years’ marketing experience – ideally B2B or within a creative environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Diverse portfolio, showcasing experience across the full marketing-mix
Commercially aware with business development experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications
Design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (preferable)

Salary: Dependant on experience
